Hi, I'm not a [JDK 8 Updates](https://openjdk.org/census#jdk8u) Project [Reviewer](https://openjdk.org/bylaws#reviewer), but this backport looks good to me.

Minor note: unlike the other 8317970 backports, this one doesn't replace `macosx` → `macOS` in `common/autoconf/flags.m4` and `common/autoconf/generated-configure.sh` comments.
