This would be nice to fix. It is part of tier1 and is excluded in [aqa-tests](https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-tests/blob/50f5c7fa92fa9a5a6a0ba9bd870a586b6ad9db29/openjdk/excludes/ProblemList_openjdk8.txt#L398) because of this. Test passes on all platform in GHA.
