[jdk8u-dev] RFR: 8132786: java/security/cert/CertPathValidator/OCSP/AIACheck.java fails intermittently

Hi all,

This is clean backport to fix the test bug which will cause test intermittently fails. Change has been verified locally on linux-x64, test-fix only, no risk.
