[jdk8u-dev] RFR: 8160974: [TESTBUG] Mark more headful tests with @key headful.

Hi all, 

This is a backport of JDK-8160974: [TESTBUG] Mark more headful tests with `@key headful`.
This patch has already been applied to OracleJDK8.  
This backport is not clean. The differences from the original fix are those mentioned in the comment of a previous pull request that was closed without being merged.

I ran tests on Linux after the fix and confirmed there were no regressions.
