[FREEZE] 8u482 NOW FROZEN

The release forest:

https://github.com/openjdk/jdk8u

is frozen as of 2026-01-09 in preparation for release on or after
2026-01-20.

We allowed for an extra-ordinary build promotion this time around to
accomodate the libpng update [0] that was delayed by the winter
holidays.

The final pre-release tag is jdk8u482-b07. [1]

The final release tag will thus be no lower than jdk8u482-b08.
