[jdk8u-dev] RFR: 8251189: com/sun/jndi/ldap/LdapDnsProviderTest.java failed due to timeout

Hi All,

I would like to backport this bug fix (JDK-8251189) done in jdk16 to jdk8 to ensure test stability. This backport is clean from jdk11.
Since only the test is modified, the risk is low.

Please review this fix.
