Ah ok, same as I was planning to do initially then.  I still plan to try and dig into what is actually going on, but no need to block waiting for the perfect solution (which may even be this).  I'm just curious as to what the actual cause is and these VS2010 failures are occurring often enough that I should probably have a setup to test the security bundle.
