CFV: New jdk9 Reviewer: Thomas Schatzl

I hereby nominate Thomas Schatzl (tschatzl) to jdk9 Reviewer.

Thomas is a member of the HotSpot GC team, a Committer in the jdk8 and 
jdk9 projects and has been working with the HotSpot code base even 
before joining Oracle. He has so far authored over 36 changesets in the 
HotSpot repository.

Votes are due by 11:00 AM CET, Tuesday 2014-03-04.

Only current jdk9 Reviewers [1] are eligible to vote on this 
nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing
