I hereby nominate Volker Simonis (simonis) to jdk9 Reviewer.

Volker is a member of the JVM team at SAP, the project lead of the
PowerPC/AIX Project, member of the HotSpot and OpenJDK Members group and
committer to the hsx, jdk8u and jdk9 projects. His main contributions are
the class library port to AIX, the Hotspot runtime part of the PowerPC/AIX
port, the MinGW/MSYS build for Windows, the Clang build for Linux and a
cleanup of the jdk regression tests to work on AIX.  Apart from these
projects, he has regularly contributed bug fixes in all parts of the OpenJDK
for many years.

The following searches show Volker's contributions to the top level
repository (5), to the jdk repository (19) and to the hotspot repository
(40).  This search also includes some code reviews.
