Yes, there is a bit of clean-up required, particularly docs/man pages, 
and there is an issue tracking that.

For javac then we have JDK-8062015 to track looking at -endorseddirs as 
the changes mean it's only applicable when compiling to an target <= 8. 
Jon can confirm but I think that will be sorted out later.
