Alex Kasko openjdk-unofficial-builds provide IcedTea patched OpenJDK 6 
and 7 builds with installers for Windows, Linux and Mac:

Henri Gomez obuildfactory provide OpenJDK 7 and 8 builds for Linux
obuildfactory contains support for building OSX packages as well.
