CFV: New JDK9 Committer: Yekaterina Kantserova

I hereby nominate Ykaterina Kantserova (ykantser) to JDK9 Committer.

Yekaterina is a member of the Java VM SQE team. She is the lead for the 
Test Stabilization and Test Refactoring efforts in the JVM 
serviceability area.

So far, she directly contributed to JDK some 17 changes[3] out of which 
these 8 [4] can be considered non-trivial.

The changes she contributed showed that she had good knowledge of the 
code base, was very well familiarized with the OpenJDK process and would 
be perfectly capable to author and commit changes on her own.

Votes are due by September 22, 2014
