Windows missing

Yes. I assume that the toolchain update [0] on Windows [1] had some side 
effects - that's not unheard of for toolchain updates.

Note that the download page says "Windows bundles are not yet available 
for this build, bundles for Windows will be made available shortly", so 
I would expect the issue to be worked out soon.
