I hereby nominate Axel Siebenborn to jdk9 Committer.
Axel is a long-term member of the SAP JVM team at SAP.
He was one of the initial authors of our Hotspot port to PPC64 and is
currently working on fixing and improving the various garbage
collectors on our weak memory platforms.
He has contributed 10 changes to the hotspot repository so far:
