Thanks. It's probably possible to trim it down somewhat, but I think a bit of
historical perspective is necessary. Anyone who has written javadoc in the past
and who has attempted to use @inheritDoc would probably appreciate knowing about
the change in behavior.
I'm going to edit it a bit more and then mark it Submitted.
