That particular copyright is fine in terms of its location. We won't be
imposing formatting requirements on copyrights asserted by others. For
example, if SAP wanted to say "2012-2013" rather than "2012, 2013" that
would be fine too.
In terms of how I'd expect the project to proceed, the most
straightforward checks / rules exist when Oracle is the sole copyright
holder so I'd expect those kinds of checks to be implemented first and
more nuanced cases, such as two copyright holders, covered later.
