CFV: New OpenJDK 9 Reviewer: Andrew Haley

I hereby nominate Andrew Haley for the role of OpenJDK 9 Reviewer.

Andrew Haley has been active on the OpenJDK project since its inception.
He is an At-Large member of the OpenJDK governing board [0] and lead
of the OpenJDK 6, OpenJDK 7 and AArch64 projects [1]. 50 changesets
in the OpenJDK 9 repositories are directly attributed to him [2] by
Mercurial, and a number of others are listed with his name under
the 'Contributed-by' field.

Votes are due by the 9th of December, 2015 at 18h00 UTC.

Only current OpenJDK 9 Reviewers [3] are eligible to vote on this
nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing
list.
