CFV: New JDK 9 Committer: Frank Yuan

Hi all,

I hereby nominate Frank Yuan (fyuan) to JDK 9-dev Committer.

Frank is a software engineer on the JDK Software Quality Engineering 
(SQE) team. He has worked primarily on the JDK and JAXP areas. His 
primary work is on test development, but has also started contributing 
on fixing product issues. He has made 17 contributions to the OpenJDK 9 
and 3 that were specific to jigsaw. Some of his changes were very large, 
64591 line changes for 8043084 for example, that required a large amount 
of code refactoring, and in some cases, rewrite.

Votes are due by 17:00 PDT, Tuesday, October 27, 2015.

Only current JDK 9 Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this 
nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
