I hereby nominate Andrew Dinn (adinn) to JDK 9 Committer.

Andrew is an aarch64 project Committer and a JDK 9 Author. He has
contributed 8 patches to JDK9 (see below). He was also the initial author
of the C2 backend for aarch64 and has contributed 337 patches to the
aarch64 JDK 8 port.
