Hi all,

  I hereby nominate Eric Caspole (ecaspole) to JDK 9 Committer.

Eric is an a JDK 9 Author. He has contributed 10 patches to JDK9 (see
below), ranging from significant changes to code cache management to
fixes to Hotspot GC over a span of more than five years.
