CFV: New JDK 9 Committer: Steve Drach

I hereby nominate Steve Drach (sdrach) to JDK 9 Committer.

Steve has been working on the multi-release jar design and implementation and has contributed 16 change sets to JDK 9.

Votes are due by Wednesday, Aug 24, 2016.

Only current JDK 9 Committers [2] are eligible to vote on this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
