I hereby nominate Anthony Scarpino to JDK 9 Reviewer.

Anthony Scarpino is a member of the security libraries team at Oracle. 
He has contributed 39 changesets to the JDK 9 Project [3]. He is also 
the Author and Owner of JEP 246 (Leverage CPU Instructions for GHASH 
and RSA) [4] which has significantly improved cryptographic performance 
and has been successfully integrated to JDK 9.
