I hereby nominate Claes Redestad (OpenJDK user name: redestad) to JDK
9 Reviewer.

Claes is a member of the Java SE Performance team. He contributed 50 
changesets to jdk9 project [1] [2] and he is qualified to be a Reviewer.

Among other things, Claes did numerous performance improvements in 
java.lang.invoke implementation and Project Jigsaw [3].

Votes are due by February, 25 2016.
