Looks pretty good.
This line in startup.feedback didn't get translated:
/set format normal display '{pre}{action} variable {name}, reset to 
null{post}'             replaced-vardecl,varinit-ok-update

jshell/tool/resources/l10n_zh_CN.properties --
Unlike the above, this doesn't look like it is based on anything near 
current

jshell/resources/l10n_zh_CN.properties --
Just has a space added (fine)
