I skimmed the changes to check that there are translations for the jlink 
and jmod tools. I note that there isn't a translate for the jimage tool 
and that is correct.

Will there be further updates? Just asking because there are updates to 
the launcher.properties in the last week that aren't in this translation 
drop.

Finally, I notice updates to translations that I didn't expect, 
java.corba/share/classes/com/sun/corba/se/impl/orbutil/resources/sunorb.properties 
for example. This has not changed in 10+ years. Also the translation 
seems to revert the copyright year on these resources to 2005. Another 
example is the resources for the JDBC RowSet API where the copyright 
dates have been reverted to 2010. So definitely something fishy going on 
here.
