CFV: New JDK 9 Committer: Vivek Deshpande

I hereby nominate Vivek Deshpande (vdeshpande) to JDK 9 Committer.

Vivek is a long-term member of the Java team at Intel, our very long and 
productive partner.

He contributed 12 changesets from which 10 are significant [3]. His work 
concentrated on x86 intrinsics. The main contribution was port of 
Intel's LIBM native math library as java Math intrinsics which improved 
their performance by several times. He also contributed x86 intrinsics 
for Compact Strings changes and x86 SHA intrinsics.
