I hereby nominate Amanda Jiang (amjiang) to JDK 9 Committer.

Amanda is a member of the Java SE Security Libraries SQE Team. Amanda 
has contributed 16 changesets [3, 4] to JDK 9 in the security libraries 
and core libraries testing areas.
