CFV: New JDK 9 Committer: Rajan Halade

I hereby nominate Rajan Halade (rhalade) to JDK 9 Committer.

Rajan is the technical lead of the Java SE Security Libraries SQE Team 
at Oracle. Rajan has contributed 21 changesets [3, 4] to JDK 9 in the 
security libraries testing area.

Votes are due by 16:00 UTC, June 8, 2016.

Only current JDK 9 Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this 
nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing
