RFR: 8065555: remove incorrect locale data for inexistent language 'German (Greece)'

Looks fine to me.

I just wonder whether the initial intent in the first place could have 
been "el-DE (Greek in Germany)" instead of "de-GR (German in Greece), as 
there is a significant community according to Wikipedia.
