Asking a Small Favor

To Whom It May Concern, 

     Could somebody please close JDK-8188077 <https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8188077> for me?  It’s no longer relevant, as the relevant update server URIs actually had their lack of content fixed just prior to the public release of JRE/JDK v9.0.1, build 11.  I’d have said so and done it myself, but I don’t yet have the proper ‘Author’ role privileges/permissions required to get a JIRA account per the OpenJDK bylaws (took me a little while to figure that out, but I managed it eventually; man, that documentation is…a tad scattered into some tiny nooks and crannies, if I may say so.)
