RFR: JDK-8180167 : JDK9 msg drop 40 l10n resource file update

Thank you Robert!

I have got feedback from linguist, for the form of 'myformat' (identifier like word), according to translation guideline 
we don't translate it.

Also from my opinion, it would make me confused if it's localized as "我的格式" (my format), actually it's not 'my format'.
