I don't know the languages, but there seems to be inconsistencies, for
example, in CatalogMessages_sv.properties:
33 InvalidCatalog = JAXP09020001: Dokumentelementet för en katalog måste
vara "catalog".
This looks ok. But in some other language files, the document element
"catalog" was translated, in CatalogMessages_pt_BR.properties for example:
33 InvalidCatalog = JAXP09020001: O elemento de documento de um catálogo
deve ser o catálogo.
