Thanks Shura for this clarification!
This is very reassuring for us and BTW thanks very much for all the great work on this framework over the years!
We’ll look out for the documentation & v3 at this location then.
Regards

Tredinnick,
I am also sorry for the java.net<http://java.net> to go away.
There is nothing to worry about as far as Jemmy is concerned, however.
While looking for a new home for Jemmy I have figured out that openjdk is the most suitable of all, so I have created the projects which, perhaps, is what should have been the proper location all along.
Jemmy v2 is already there [1] with a minimum support to build it. I am on my way to re-introduce tests and then the documentation. Jemmy v3 would be next. I am too slow updating it but that is only because of time taken by other responsibilities - not because the project is abandoned.
On the contrary, in fact, Jemmy is now also used in the OpenJDK tests [2]. It has its negative side in that we had to put Jemmy into OpenJDK as source [3], so there will be double integrations and, perhaps, merges back and forth.

Hi Alexandre,
Please excuse me for contacting you directly with this.
I tried the Jemmy user group and group owner in the messages attached but I’m not sure that the emails are getting through?
Below is the original text from my query to the Jemmy users group:
My group has been using Jemmy (V2) for several years now & we were caught a bit off-guard by the closure of “Project Kenai” & java.net<http://java.net> a while back!
The source for V2 appears to have been moved here at around time that the old location was closed down:
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/code-tools/jemmy/v2/
However there doesn’t seem to have been much activity since then. Is the V2 project still active & is this the correct location for it?
The tutorial used to be available here but I can no longer find it anywhere:
http://www.oracle.com/splash/java.net/maintenance/index.html
Is the tutorial still available anywhere?
Finally, it seems that only v2 is directly linked from
https://javaee.github.io/other-migrated-projects.html
Is there still any activity on V3 or later versions?
I’d be grateful if you could respond...
Thanks
