RFR 790204: NPE in org.netbeans.jemmy.Timeouts.getTimeout(String)

Hi.

Please take a look on this fix. The problem has been discovered in a repeated execution on tests. Fix is simple and there is a simple test which does show the problem with the fix reverted and works after the fix is applied.
