Mapping the jextract version to a sane SDKMAN! version number

The 33 is our internal build. I think for all purposes, you can just 
ignore it - and just look at the first two numbers.

But this is how our artifacts get published (for other projects too), so 
I don't expect any changes in the way we qualify the downloadable archives.
