Detailed version info

Hi,

The output of the --version parameter looks like this:
jextract 22
JDK version 22+35-2369
LibClang version clang version 13.0.0

Is it possible to include a more detailed version of jextract, like the JDK
does? e.g., the current build is Build 22-jextract+6-47.

Also, is it possible to add a programmatic API to get the --version info
such as a method on JextractTool? Java has a Runtime.Version class that is
returned from Runtime#version. Maybe something like that is possible?
