Signed Module and Security Functional Specification (DRAFT)

Hi,

Please see http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~mullan/signed-module-functional-spec for 
further details on generating and validating signed modules and an initial 
proposal for permission requests and other enhancements that allow policy to 
grant signed modules only the permissions it needs, up to a maximum. Some 
details are TBD. Comments are welcome and appreciated.
