Thanks Volker,

I agree with your change, or you can take the code from ImageBuilder. 
Either is fine with me.

             perms.add(PosixFilePermission.OWNER_EXECUTE);
             perms.add(PosixFilePermission.GROUP_EXECUTE);

             throw new UncheckedIOException(ioe);
         }
     }
