I think Chris means the changes that Mandy and Harold have been working 
on to move the command line options down to the VM. There is a refresh 
of this coming that moves the new options to GNU style and introduces a 
shortened form for some options (like -p for --module-path). It's not 
quite there but I expect Mandy will published webrevs soon.
