How many modules per jar?

Currently, you can not have several modules in a one jar, #MultiModuleJARs [1] is no resolved.
So one modular jar (a jar with a module-info.class at its root) => one module.

Programmatically, you can create your own Layer, and defines a ModuleFinder that will load all the modules from one jar,
but the default implementation do not provide an implementation like that.
