Mehod finalize of the Object class should be denoted as (deprecated). Small "Java Language Specification" improvement.

 Hello JLS Team,

the mehod "finalize" (deprecated since JSE 9) of the Object class should be denoted as "(deprecated)" throughout the "Java Language Specification" (see, for example, paragraph "4.3.2 The Class Object") as it the "stop" method of class Thread (see, for example, paragraph "11.1.3 Asynchronous Exceptions").
