Java Mission Control Author request for: Joshua Matsuoka

Hello Marcus,

I would like to propose Joshua Matsuoka <jmatsuok at redhat.com> as author for Java
Mission Control. Joshua has been active on the JMC project and has already
contributed a number of fixes:
