Stabilization and branching of JMC 7.0.0

Hi all,

The time has come to focus on stabilizing and branching off JMC 7. The 
iteration starting later today (JMC 7 Sprint 19 Stabilization) will focus 
stabilization, and we will branch off jmc 7 at the end of that iteration (the 
17th of December). I will also start moving enhancements and low priority bugs. 
Please let me know if there is any bug-fix that you have in-progress or that 
you think must be fixed in 7.0.0.
