Release date update?

Hi all,

In a release team meeting today it was asked if we could consider releasing
JMC 7 around the JDK 12 release instead (and support both JDK 11 and 12). The
motivation is that the releases would be shortly after one another, and that
the act of releasing takes an effort. I don't see a big problem with this - we
get some additional time to get 12 support right (one release less to worry
about), we get a little bit more time to fix bugs, and we may even have time
to bring some safe and low hanging fruit back from 7.1.0.

I would suggest sticking with JDK 11 (LTS) as the JDK to embed. We may want to
consider taking a look at Eclipse 2018-12, since we know it contains fixes we
want.

Please let me know what do you think.

Kind regards,
Marcus
