JMC 7.0.0 will release as originally planned

Hi all,

Just received word from release management that we will release JMC 7 as 
originally planned. We will branch ASAP and do final testing and rampdown.
Please let me know if you have any low-risk changes out that you would like to
get into the release, and the triage team will consider them on a case by case
basis.
