CFV: New JMC Reviewer: Guru Hb

Hi all,

I hereby nominate Guru Hb to JMC Reviewer.

Guru Hb has been working as a very prolific JMC developer
for some time now, and is responsible for the entire JMC
build infrastructure at Oracle. Guru has contributed fixes
all over, even before JMC was open sourced.

Votes are due by the 29th of April.

Only current JMC Reviewers [1] are eligible to vote
on this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying
to this mailing list.
