Hi!

I would like to push the patch Aleksey proposed on JMC-6554.

I understand there's some concern that this may not be incompatible with
Oracle proprietary builds, but I have no way to test this, nevertheless,
going forward OpenJDK 8 (which is still the reference implementation)
will likely have JFR and JMC should work with it, possibly by 7.1 already.

Can someone from Oracle test the patch and give some feedback?
