Moving to GitHub (project Skara)

Hi all,

Three OpenJDK projects are now in the process of moving over to GitHub.

I think the JMC project should be next. There are many good reasons for
moving, but for me one of the strongest is that open source development is a
social activity, and the biggest network of developers are on GitHub.
