Automatic resolve of integrated issues.

Hi all,

The Skara team has started implementing automatic resolve of
integrated issues in Jira. It will also automatically add links to
reviews and integrations.

You can see an example of how it looks here:

Unless someone objects, we'll also start using this functionality in
the JMC-project.
