JMC 7 release delayed

Hi all,

As it looks, we will not be able to release JMC 7 on Jan 30. We're handling 
additional process required to produce a stand-alone, open-sourced, version of
JMC. 

As you may have noticed, we have switched over the mainline branch to 7.1
development, and we are all now mostly working on JMC 7.1. I don't foresee 
many changes to the jmc7 repo before building the GA. 

I don’t have a new date, as it’s hard to estimate the time these processes
take to complete. If I had to venture a guess, I would say less than a month.
